Chest pain ;: Shortness of breath can occur wanxiety/ stress. However, it is important that your physician ensure that these symptoms are not realted to your medical problems. For stress: cognitive behavioral therapy can be quite effective. Psych meds may be indicated. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep /night ; good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies ; 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga or qi gong.
