Short of breath: There are several causes and you should see your doctor for an examination to determine what is causing your problem. Then you can have proper treatment for you.

Several things: First i would want to be sure that the anxiety is the real cause for the shortness of breath.People get anxious if they can't breathe so there might be another more serious reason for the breathing problem. If it is truly from anxiety, then anti-anxiety medications or finding a way to better deal with your stress would be helpful. I have used hypnosis in some patients for anxiety and panic attacks.

Different options: First, make sure your shortness of breath comes from anxiety and stress and not from any kind of medical condition (like asthma for example) by having a check-up with your regular doctor. Anxiety may be successfully treated by mental health professionals from conventional and/or homeopathic medications and/or other methods, like biofeedback, relaxation training, self-hypnosis and talk therapy.
