Avoid stress: Stress can cause shortness of breath & can make it worse. Therefore it's suggested to avoid too much stress & try to relax more. Meditation may help. There are also many medical causes of shortness of breath including asthma, allergic reaction, pneumonia, obesity, lung cancer & tuberculosis. Psychological & medical factors can coexist. I therefore strongly suggest a medical exam. Best of luck!
