It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. I think I answered this question previously. Your description of relationship with activity and relief with rest suggests cardiac ischemia. However, because of your young age, congenital coronary artery abnormalities should be considered if the ECG during pain shows ischemia.
