Stress is bad: Stress does a number of things to the body including increasing your blood pressure, your heart rate, weight (more chronic stress), etc. Your other symptoms may be related to anxiety from that stress. Not only is your heart rate increased but you may be hyperventilating. When this happens you change the dynamics of your blood that leads to numbness and tingling. Still might see a dr. To be sure.

Panic: You may be having panic attacks or panic-like episodes. I would suggest seeing your primary care doctor for an evaluation and refer to a menatl health specialist if necessary.
