Abdominal abscess

My son continues to get what i think are small abscess on his lower abdomen but this time it is bigger & hurts with diarrhea. Suggestions ?

My appendix ruptured and doctor said my body "walled the infection off" does that mean an abscess ? And also does that mean the infection did not spill into my entire abdomen?

Just finished surgery for perianal abscess. Now has lower back pain and tender abdomen. Are these inflammation related to abscess?

Severe abdomen/groin/genital pain after bowel movement. Can't stand upright at all. Pain constant for 4 days. Worsens at times and after bm. Could it be fibroid or abscess? Thinking of going to er.
