Severe abdomen/groin/genital pain after bowel movement. can't stand upright at all. pain constant for 4 days. worsens at times and after bm. could it be fibroid or abscess? thinking of going to er.

Yes: Abdominal pain can have many causes. However acute abdominal pain must be ruled out asap. Good luck.

See below: These symptoms would be hard to evaluate on line. I reccomend getting a physicall examination either in the er or your doctor's office.

See a doctor: This pain could be due to an abscess, perianal fistula, hemorroids, or possibly fibroid. Whatever the cause, it sounds like the symptoms are severe enough for you to see a doctor soon; they can decide if a ct would be appropriate to figure out the cause. Good luck!
