Staph? Hidradenitis?: This could be recurent boils etc due to staph, strep, or other bacteria. Another possibility is hidradenitis suppurativa, an inflammatory conditions that behaves a lot like infection but antibiotics don't help. Discuss with your doctor -- or perhaps see a dermatologist.
