Vaginal hysterectomy
Vaginal hysterectomy is the removal of the uterus and cervix through the vagina (with no visible incisions/ scars). The procedure offers faster recovery and lower risk than abdominal surgery. The ovaries and tubes can also be removed at the same time, or left in place.
