Can Happen: Adhesions or scar tissue can occur with any kind of surgery. The route of entry does not matter.

Possibly: Yes, it is possible. Laparoscopy or ultrasound may help to identify if this is the cause.

No: It is possible but it is certainly not common. Unfortunately those few women who do experience scar tissue problems may find that those problems can be persistent and frustrating.
