If u just had: Surg 3 1/2 weeks ago please call your surgeon as u are still in the immediate post op period even if it is on the weekend as your surgeon knows u and how the surgery and hospitalization went, may or may not be normal, please call your surgeon and let him or her decide.

Probably: That is common, until all the sutures are absorbed the vaginal discharge will be heavier.
