You Need a Doctor: Your symptoms are complex and possibly due to more than one problem. The pain could be from endometriosis or another issue, even appendicitis so see someone. The infertility of 5 years is an issue but you are only 22 yo, so likely correctable in someone so young. Again, you need a doc and testing. I wish it were simpler but you need professional help.

Joint muscle pain : Joint pains, muscle pains, abdominal pains and infertility at your age warrant s a thorough evaluation to define the the underlying causes . Treatment is directed towards the underlying reason . Please follow with a doctor for further exam.
