Please i'm begging i can't get to doctor, lower abdomen pain, during sex and not, back and joint pain, muscular aches, infertility, been trying 5 year?

You Need a Doctor: Your symptoms are complex and possibly due to more than one problem. The pain could be from endometriosis or another issue, even appendicitis so see someone. The infertility of 5 years is an issue but you are only 22 yo, so likely correctable in someone so young. Again, you need a doc and testing. I wish it were simpler but you need professional help.
