Doctor told me that my foliciles on day 14 were to small. i have lower abdomen pains and lower back ache for 3 days its day 17 what could this be?

Sounds like: Mittelschmertz, the german word that means "middle pain". If that is what is the cause, it will occur usually on the right or left lower abdomen when ovulation takes place on alternate sides each month. It is caused by inflammation of the ovary and/or oviduct, the tube through which the ovum passes to the uterus. Commonest cause in my experience is poor diet.
