Hi my ultrasound report is clear . my urine report is clear. but occasionsly i feel pressure in my lower abdomen or pelvic area and also back pain. doctors says it could be mascular pain .i am unmarried ?

To diagnose the cause of lower abdominal pain usually requires a history and physical exam, and it requires an in person visit to the physician. In the setting, the physician may be correct that this is a musculoskeletal pain, but it is difficult to know for sure without that exam.
