Yes, but...: A well healed fat transfer should withstand exercise. The important thing to keep in mind is your weight. I usually advise all my patients to maintain their current weight for at least 3 months after the transfer. After the 3 months, weight fluctuations affect different people differently. But as long as you watch your weight, the augmentation should remain stable.

A little: Fat transfer to the buttocks, or brazilian butt lift, behaves like fat. If you gain weight, it will gain, if you lose weight it will lose. Unless you lose a large amount of weight you should still see a noticeable amount of fat.Brazil.

No: If the graft has entered its stable stage exercise that burns more calories than the basal metabolic rate you had at the time of transfer will make the cells lose the fat but it should not in itself destroy the cells. This means that once you retain the amount of calories similar to the ones you retained at the time of the transfer, your butt fat transfer should regain its size.
