Unlikely: A study has shown that the increase in availability of estrogen in women taking a lot of vitamin c is not of any clinical significance. Vitamin c does not decrease the effectiveness of the pills, although huge doses may cause mild symptoms of excess estrogen.

Not an issue: That is a small dose of vitamin c. Why do you feel you need to take it in the first place? It has no benefits at that dose.
