? testis tiorson: Contraction of the cremaster muscle lifts the testicle so that it is pulled up. Needs to be seen asap if there is pain, otherwise suggest you see a urologist. Occasionally a small procedure to divide cremaster muscle (which you don't need) is indicated for such problems.Trial injection of local anesthesthetic into spermatic cord to relieve symptom should help to confirm need for such a procedure.
