Sudden pain from abdomen to right testicle after standing up. pain is gone but testicle is sitting higher then the other and feeling tender.

Urologist: This retraction of the testicle may well be easily reversed, but in view of the tenderness I recommend an examination by a urologist as soon as possible. If you can't see one at an office, go to the hospital emergency room for evaluation and, if deemed advisable, a urology consultation will be requested.
