Brava: There is a system called brava (http://www.Mybrava.Com/) that can increase breast size about 1 cup if they are very small to start with. Don't waste your money on creams or lotions, they don't work. Breast augmentation with implants is still the most predictable and reliable method.

No easy fix: Currently, surgery is the only method - either with implants or fat transfer. Push up, padded bras and external prosthetics give the illusion of bigger breasts. So far, there is no cream or pill that you can take that actually works.

You can't: There is no safe way to "grow" boobs... Whether with supplements or medications. Augmentation with a plastic surgeon is the only safe way.

Many ways but safe?: There are many potential ways to increase the size of your breasts non-surgically which include hormone supplements, oral contraceptives, weight gain, pregnancy, etc. However, these all have risks and must be taken into context. The brava device may accomplish a one cup size enhancment using an external expansion device that must be worn for several months.

Brava: You can use the brava system for temporary breast augmentation. It is a bra that suctions the breast and engorges it.

I've never seen it: I've never seen any scientific literature or patient studies that show any real improvement without surgery. I thnk a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is the right place to start.
