Is it ok 2 do breast plastic surgery if i'm a smoker?h.long should wait after z surgery 2 swim in pool/sea?h.long ds it take 4 wound&scar 2 disappear?

Tobacco raises risks: Tobacco use via smoking definitely increases your risks of wound healing problems. However this depends on the extent and nature of the surgery. Typically most can return to swimming around 3-6 weeks but it depends on the scar and healing. SCARS NEVER DISAPPEAR but they will I prove over 2 years. Why don't you ask your surgeon these questions?
