A 37-year-old member asked:

What is the probability of getting pregnant while on birth control pills and with pcos?

Very low: But not impossible. The odds would really be less than 3% if someone with pcos and on ocps was taking the pills correctly (every day, same time, not missing pills).
Dr. Dennis Higginbotham
Obstetrics and Gynecology 30 years experience
Minimal: The failure rate for ocp's is around 3%. Pcos would not likely result in the risk being any higher.
