Taking birth control pills for 3 months help to make me get pregnant? i have pcos.

No: Obviously you will be unlikely to become pregnant while of bcp's. All they will do is regularize your periods. Talk w/your endocrinologist about possible metformin therapy, which has an up to 60% chance of restoring fertility. Also work on diet, exercise and weight loss.

Possible: Many women with pcos will continue to cycle regularly, at least for a few months, after stopping the pill. That gives a better opportunity for conception to occur. Good luck.
