A member asked:

Is it a 100% chance that you can't get pregnant when you have polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos) and taking birth control?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

There is no form of birth control which is "100%". With respect to "PCOS", spontaneous ovulation can occur, although not usually in a regular frequency, so even if one is using low dose oral contraceptives, there is a minimal chance of pregnancy, but not zero.
