Difficult to know: You have many eggs but you do not ovulate. Its difficult for you to predict when will ovulation take place so that you can time intercourse. The straight forward plan is to check other fertility factors (sperm and fallopian tubes) and if they are ok induction of ovulation with Clomid (clomiphene) or Letrozole may yield pregnancy in many cases with low risk for twins.
