I have 2 anal fissures confirmed by a doctor 1 year ago and i have anal skin tags from them. sometimes now when i get constipated i feel ive cut myself from the stool and it starts bleeding. (is it bcz of the anal fissures that i have or wht?

Bright red blood originates from at or near the outlet where digestive enzymes have not turned it dark/black. Exams can confirm a fissure. The often take time to heal when stools remain bulky or hard. The blood loss is seldom enough to create a long-term problem. Make soft stools & this should heal in time.
