Chronic anal fissure stool is soft now drinking lots of water. went to gi doctor said we can do botox? was reading botox is temporary. does that make it not bleed? what cani do to stop the bleeding? been doing sits baths. i can feel the anal fissure?

Botox relaxes the anal sphincter to reduce tension on the fissure and allow it to heal without repeatedly being broken open. This should allow the fissure to heal to the point where it won't bleed but will take time.
