Constipation: Has to be addressed first and is most times multifactorial. The findings appear to be the result of constipation and not the cause for it. At a minimum increasing physical exercise/ activities, proper hydration and adjusting diet to include extra fiber should be tried. in case your symptoms persist or worsen in spite of lifestyle changes talk to your doc about what your choices are going forward.
