Have it checked: Having someone lay eyes on the tissue and perhaps sampling to send to a lab is the best way. And ... often fissures are caused by stool that is too hard and large to pass smoothly. Eat a good diet high in vegetables (non starch) and fermented foods like real (not make with vinegaer) sauerkrat and pickles. Adding fiber from food and bacteria like Lactobacillus may help.
