Multiple anal fissures that occasionally itch and bleed, sharp pain when passing stool, stops soon after. skin tag also on anus. have symptoms of fissures for years. could this be anal cancer? 21 and female?

Have it checked: Having someone lay eyes on the tissue and perhaps sampling to send to a lab is the best way. And ... often fissures are caused by stool that is too hard and large to pass smoothly. Eat a good diet high in vegetables (non starch) and fermented foods like real (not make with vinegaer) sauerkrat and pickles. Adding fiber from food and bacteria like Lactobacillus may help.
