I am a 33 year old female w/ vaginal irritation (dryness, frequent urination, mild itching) and diarrhea with mucus for over a month. i have received testing for stis, uti, and vaginitis (all negative) but symptoms persist. im also prediabetic?

The vaginal irritation could be a yeast infection, which is more common in people with diabetes (or pre diabetes), and sometimes easy to miss during examination. However, this does not explain the diarrhea/mucus problem. Ask your doctor if she agrees it might be worth trying one of the many over-the-counter vaginal yeast treatments. Good luck.
