By Mayo Clinic website: "If your warts aren't causing discomfort, you might not need treatment. But if you have itching, burning and pain, or if you're concerned about spreading the infection, medication or surgery can help you clear an outbreak. However, warts often return after treatment. There is no treatment for the virus itself". You should see a dermatologist if you want to be treated.

The healing or spread of warts depends on the virulence of the virus and your body's immune system. Try not to shave and clip the hair instead to avod creating small cuts during shaving. also see a Urologist if the warts spread or get larger. Good luck
