Nearly all humans have genital HPV, all HPV infections have the potential to reactivate many years after catching it. Therefore, new warts are not evidence of a new sexual partnership. You should see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and explain your concerns to your wife, who probably will be very understanding. Women have worries a lot more than men, when they have abnormal Pap smears.

Vaccination does not cover all variety of warts So it is conceivable to get a viral infection not covered by the vaccination. Besides you 'think' and are not sure. Pl get checked by a Urologist. Good luck
