It depends on your immune system. If you have warts pl have them treated and continue as normal since your wife is vaccinated her chances of getting it is near nil. So nothing to worry about. Realax and enjoy life . Both of you .

Size & position of these vary with each case. They can be removed by freezing, laser or chemicals applied directly to the wart. If they are tiny they may enlarge over time & treatment is easier when small. You were likely shedding virus before you noticed them so you spouse will or won't get them based on her immune response. I would get them removed to end the aggravation.
