Quadrivalent vaccine when taken as prescribed prevents almost all cases of genital warts. As you have developed genital wars, you may have contacted another strain of HPV or vaccination was not protective , (74% of vaccinated persons are protected. Strain of HPV will clarify whether your vaccination was effective. Good luck.

There are several types of the virus and a test can determine which you have. There is no embarrassment with a doc as they are there to help and not to pass judgement. Good luck
