Bumps on penis: This may be nothing more than irritation and common blocked hair cells. There is a chance they are warts but not likely at your age. If the rash is in any way panful or the white spots spread please find a way to get to a school nurse or a clinic where you can privately have this evaluated at. Your pediatrician is also likely to know what to do.
