Bumps on penis: This may be nothing more than irritation and common blocked hair cells. There is a chance they are warts but not likely at your age. If the rash is in any way panful or the white spots spread please find a way to get to a school nurse or a clinic where you can privately have this evaluated at. Your pediatrician is also likely to know what to do.

Contact dermatitis: Poison ivy, oak and sumac all contain the same substance which causes a severe contact skin reaction in most people. The rash will appear from about 24-48 hours after the exposure to the plant oil. It is red, raised, very itchy and often has a seepy discharge or blisters. It will often appear in "streaky" lines on the areas which were exposed. Rash on the face can cause a lot of swelling.

Yes: These rashes are common in newborns. The most common one peaks at 5 weeks of age and is gone by 2 months of age. These rashes tend not to itch. For a pimply rash that itches or is present after 2 months of age, contact your child's healthcare provider.
A member asked:

Will the red, blotchy rash on my newborns face go away on its own?

Yes: Many babies have rashes in the first few weeks after birth. One common rash is called erythema toxicum neonatorum. It's a scary sounding name for a completely harmless rash that looks like "flea bites". The spots come and go, are usually are present in the first few weeks of life and then resolve on their own. Of course, if your infant doesn't appear well, you should contact your doctor.

A 28-year-old male asked:

My wife has a boil behind her back. Sometimes, the boil will swell and contained pus. We think egg consumtion caused this. Is it possible?

No: A boil is an infection from an organism on the skin. There are also glands that can become occluded and these sebaceous glands will drain a malodorous thick material but they are not always infected. See your doctor for treatment but not related to eggs.
