Were you actually diagnosed with oral thrush by a doctor? Oral thrush is not a manifestation of acute HIV infection (within weeks of HIV exposure). Negative test at 39th day post exposure is almost conclusive. We usually use the 7 week or 42 day timeline. Good luck.
