My pap smear says: negative for malignancy, moderate inflammation, nonspecific. should i be concerned about infections like gonorrhea or chlamydia based on these results?

Pap smears often show inflammation, and usually no particular cause can be found. However, STDs are one possibility; you should have nucleic acid tests (DNA testing) for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomonas; and also consider a blood test for syphilis. A/nd maybe get checked for yeast infection as well -- although that probably would have been diagnosed by your gyn during the Pap smear.
