Hello. is there an over the counter medication to treat a vaginal infection? i did a pap smear report says gardnerella vaginalis, neutrophil leukocytes and cellular changes of inflammation present but no evidence of dysplasia or of malignancy

There are but...: Many of the over the counter medicines for Gardnerella vaginitis simply don't work very well to resolve totally the infection. Your best bet is to see a MD and obtain a ,more effective Rx. once the diagnosis is confirmed by examination.
