Doctors, i am 18 and each of my testicles are about 1-1.5 inches long and not very wide. my penis is 5-6 inches erect. am i normal? or small scrotum?

UR normal: Pnis & testicle size are all normal. You may well have a small scrotum and nothing to be ashamed of. In fact you are less likely to injure or sit on your testicles when you don't have a long pendulous scrotum. Cycling is also much pleasanter. Is your apnea & snoring related to being overweight? You need exercise & a healthy diet if this is the case.
