It's : It's not all that uncommon. I can think of several people in my general practice who suffer the same thing. It's less likely due to your teeth issues, and more possibly a weakness of the ear drum from prior infections, or possibly something that runs in your family. You should finish off the treatment you just got and anticipate a full recovery. It's improbable, but certainly possible that this could indeed happen again. It just isn't likely a sign of something more severe going on.

Without : Without testing your urine, it's hard to know whether you are pregnant, have a urinary tract infection, have another infection or illness, or have a combination of the above. With your symptoms, you should definitely give your doctor a call. They will be able to examine you, test your urine for infection, and possibly test for pregnancy. It still may be too early for a home pregnancy test to be accurate - it is only 97% accurate 5-6 weeks after your last normal period. Good luck!

You : You are describing a probable viral or allergy symptoms, since you have no pain. Continue daily antihistamines and your flonase. Be sure that you are taking a true sudafed decongestant. You'll need a prescription in oregon, the over-the-counter decongestants are no longer true sudafed. Time should improve your symptoms, with the above interventions.
