Warts can be localized yet the virus causing them might be present in other areas eg oral cavity depending on what sexual acts take place. Best is to get checked by your doc.

Oral sex rarely transmits warts or any HPV infection. But as a man who has had sex with other men -- perhaps with many partners? -- probably your partner has already had many oral, genital or anal HPV exposures. Additional sex with you isn't likely to make much difference in his chance of having HPV orally or anywhere else. I won't worry about it.
