There is no standard approved test for oral HPV. Any oral sex can result in oral HPV whether or not warts are present. (Up to half of all sexually active persons your age have genital HPV, usually without symptoms.) However, oral warts are rare and most oral HPV infections cause no symptoms or health problem. Assuming you are otherwise sexually active, you likely have been exposed to genital HPV.
