First, Ureaplasma and most mycoplasmas (except M. genitalium) are entirely normal in the genital tract; if present, they do not cause symptoms and do not need treatment. They are not known to infect the mouth or throat: there is little or no risk even after performing oral sex on someone with these bacteria in the genital area. For sure they are not transmitted by kissing.
