Normal bacteria: Ureaplasma is a normal bacteria in the genital tract. Everybody has it from time to time, and at any one time it's present in 50% of persons. It means nothing at all in regard to the sexual fidelity of your partner and doens't need treatment. (Why were you tested anyway? STD experts know there is no reason to test for Ureaplasma.) So no worries, all is well.
