Had a slight cold, been blowing my nose because it was stuffy now that its clear up i see a bit of blood in my phlegm when i spit not all the time but once or twice a day. not sure if its from my throat or nose ? i have no cough any suggestions?

Nasal saline is often effective in reducing congestion and cough due to post nasal drip. If the bleeding is not controlled with 5 minutes of slight pressure, please see the urgent care center or emergency room. Monitor temperature and breathing and if not improving, follow up. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and fever.
