New to all of this. i think i have genital warts have 5 spots base of penis into punic area, some in groin, one on top of penis shaft, and now one under penis shaft. some are darker tan and brown some flesh. couple has hair in them. is this warts?

Doesn't sound like warts, but the only way to know is to see a doctor, preferably a dermatologist.

Genital warts dont have hair grow out of them. Best is to get checked by a Urologist or dermatologist
