HPV or warts do not cause enlarged lymph nodes. "Brown mole like spots" don't sound like genital warts, and a single enlarged lymph node in the groin is very unlikely to be lymphoma. In any case, it's a waste of time and emotional energy to hope for answers on a forum like this. Since you're worried, see a doctor, for goodness' sake!
