hard/flaccid syndrome is very rare and not consistent with your symptoms, and both the Urologists you saw would have diagnosed it if you had it. It does not cause pain. It is not related to posture. You can go for another opinion at an academic center for your symptoms. In the meantime try exercise, meditation, music, volunteering and keeping busy
