An incubating syphilis macule on penis was suspected 20 days after sex. i was treated with azithro 1g1 doxy100 bd14. on day 9 of doxy, i developed a small sore on lip. i shared a cigarette with a friend on day 10. is my friend at risk of exposure?

I do not know the antibiotic sensitivity to the ones you got in Syphillis in India. Ask local team. The lip issue would be worrisome if the cig touched you lip sore and your friend got some of that when smoking your cig. Not likely.
