Swelling/numbness/pain after torsion surgery are common after this type of surgery. Ice and antiinflammatories can help. Intercourse/masturbation should be OK after 14 days, but avoid squeezing the scrotum or other things that cause increased pressure until it fully healed. Watch for any redness/discharge at the incision site.
