One testicle is more than enough for normal androgenic hormones (testosterone etc) and normal sperm levels. This will have absolutely no effect on your testosterone level, muscular development and strength, or fertility. Don't worry about it, except maybe for cosmetic reasons. Some men like having a normal feeling and appearing scrotum. If so, see a urologist to discuss prosthetic surgery.
